Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to enforce best-in-class engagement and play during Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. You will manage engaging, safe, fun activities for children and assist with program operations.

The role requires interaction with members, supervision of activity groups, and promotion of Life Time Kids programs, with focus on safety and quality experiences for families.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests professionally.
• Engages children in storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains safe environment around toys, sports equipment, children, and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and staffing checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed.

Position Summary

The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Minimum Required Qualifications

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
