Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Kids Supervisor for our PNO and Kids Events to lead engaging, safe and fun activities for children.

Responsibilities include welcoming members, facilitating storytelling, crafts, songs and games, and promoting Life Time Kids programs while maintaining a healthy environment. Ideal candidates will complete required certifications and have strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.
• Experience working with children.
• The ability to engage a group of children in an activity.

The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs.

• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Minimum Required Qualifications

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
