Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Student or Children’s Ministry.
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise volunteers.
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, schedule, and onboard volunteers for Sunday programming.
• Train and support volunteers to foster teamwork and excellence.
• Organize curriculum, resources, and supplies for Kids Ministry.
• Maintain volunteer records and safety compliance.
