NorthPoint Church in Northwest Des Moines is seeking a passionate Kids Ministry Resident for a part-time, 20-hour weekly residency designed to develop future church leaders through hands-on ministry, mentorship, and leadership development.

The role supports weekend programming, builds relationships with families, and gains exposure to church operations and teamwork. Compensation includes a $1,200 monthly stipend plus housing, with Sundays and Thursdays as key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Field experience in ministry or youth programs preferred.
• Coachable and teachable with a team mindset.
• Desire to pursue full-time vocational ministry in a church.
• Willingness to grow as a leader within the local church community.
