• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven people-management ability with staff and volunteers.
• Experience in ministry within a church setting.
• Engaging communicator with strong biblical/theological background.
• Self-motivated leader with relational skills across staff, volunteers, and congregation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Kids programming at the St. Johns Campus.
• Recruit, train, and coach campus volunteers.
• Collaborate with Campus Pastor and Director of Community Kids for alignment.
• Maintain organized administrative records and campus resources.
