Job summary

Northview Church seeks a Northview Kids Director to lead the campus Kids ministry with vision and care for families. You will recruit and train volunteers, create a safe and engaging weekend experience, and partner with central ministry teams to ensure cohesive family programming.

You will build a healthy volunteer culture, develop leaders, and maintain safety standards while reporting to campus leadership. This role emphasizes relational care and proactive involvement with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in children’s ministry as a coordinator or director, preferably at a large church.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision, and creative direction to the Northview Kids ministry at the campus.
• Recruit and train volunteers consistently to maintain a healthy volunteer team culture.
• Own the weekend experience and ensure a smooth, engaging kid-focused worship and learning environment.
• Contribute to collaboration across central/campus teams and family ministry initiatives.
• Develop and maintain safety policies and risk management practices for children.
