Job summary

Eagle Brook Church in Woodbury, MN seeks a Kids Ministry Associate to support the Pastor of Kids Ministries by building safe, welcoming environments and developing volunteers. You will recruit, train and equip teams, collaborate with families, and prepare curriculum and settings for weekend services.

This role includes participation in pastoral development and potential progression toward pastoral leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience.
• Experience working in a team setting, ministry volunteering, and a calling to reach kids.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills with focus on safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding and development for Kids Ministries.
• Prepare environments for weekend services across nursery to elementary.
• Foster spiritual growth by implementing ministry strategies and curriculum.
• Collaborate with parents, volunteers and Pastor of Kids Ministries to expand impact.
