Job summary

Eagle Brook Church in Maplewood, MN seeks a Campus Ministry Coordinator to equip campus teams with administrative and weekend ministry support, maintain the Rock church management system, and ensure data integrity. You will recruit and oversee administrative volunteers, support Kids and Guest Experience ministries, manage inventories, and assist with event planning and ministry operations.

Hours are typical Sunday–Thursday with occasional evenings, remote eligible 1 day per week, and starting

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and work prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide Rock support to campus team: data entry, audits, training staff and volunteers.
• Manage the volunteer background check process.
• Support Kids and Guest Experience during weekend services and respond to volunteer questions.
• Ensure weekend environments are ready: curriculum, supplies, inventory management.
• Recruit, develop and oversee administrative volunteers for campus operations.
• Provide general support: onboarding, event planning, planning and ordering supplies.
