Empowered Minds Kids Studio, based in Wisconsin, is seeking a Kids Life Coach to build meaningful relationships with children and their families while fostering confidence, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and resilience through movement-based coaching and play.
You’ll lead varied sessions, from LEGO problem-solving to mindfulness-inspired activities, in a lively, supportive environment with growth opportunities and flexible hours.
Do you believe every child deserves an adult who truly sees them?
At Empowered Minds Kids Studio, we help children ages 4–14 build confidence, emotional resilience,
healthy habits, and essential life skills through meaningful relationships and play-based coaching. Founded by two former elementary educators turned Certified Kids Life Coaches, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, capable, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.
If you're looking for work that truly matters, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
As a Kids Life Coach, you'll build genuine relationships with children and their families while helping kids develop confidence, emotional regulation, communication skills, executive functioning, resilience, and healthy habits.
No two days are the same.
One session might involve building with LEGOs to teach problem-solving. The next could be an obstacle course focused on perseverance, a nature walk exploring mindfulness, or a creative art activity that helps a child understand big emotions.
This is an active, engaging, relationship-centered role where creativity is encouraged and every child
receives an individualized coaching experience.
