Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Cook to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children in our centers. You will follow menus developed by our in-house nutritionist and ensure safe storage and handling of food.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen safety, ordering supplies, documenting per licensing requirements, and supporting center leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. A Food Handler’s License is preferred and one year of cooking experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with accurate food storage and cross-contamination avoidance.
• Ability to follow nutritious menus and prepare meals for center population.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and related equipment safely and hygienically.
