Job summary

The Little Gym of Duluth is seeking energetic and dependable coaches to help kids grow through movement, gymnastics, play, and Serious Fun. You’ll teach engaging classes, create a warm environment, and connect with parents to provide an outstanding member experience.

Roles include hosting birthday parties, camps, and Parents’ Survival Nights, with training provided. Bring enthusiasm and energy to every class and week.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids and can be silly in a positive way.
• Positive, outgoing, dependable, and ready to jump in.
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, education, sports, or child development is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum.
• Create a warm, fun, and encouraging environment for every child.
• Help kids build skills, confidence, coordination, and independence.
• Connect with parents and provide a great member experience.
• Host birthday parties, camps, and Parents’ Survival Nights.
• Bring great energy to every class, every week.
