The Little Gym of Northern Virginia is seeking energetic instructors to lead our classes for children in a fun, educational setting. You’ll teach using our proven curriculum, move with kids, and create a warm, safe environment that helps kids grow.

We value great customer service and sales experience, and you’ll build lasting relationships with families while advancing through our training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Background in coaching gymnastics or relatable skills (dance, sports, karate).
• Recent experience with sales and customer service.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with families.
• Comfort teaching and engaging kids in active classes.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to education and play in The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for each class.
