The Little Gym is seeking energetic coaches to lead high-energy, fun classes for children from 4 months to 12 years. You’ll follow our curriculum and teach engaging activities that build confidence, physical skills, and social development.

This role involves opening and closing duties, keeping the gym prepared and safe, and supporting day-to-day operations. Training will be provided to learn The Little Gym approach.

• Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for every child
• Use positive energy, encouragement, and high-fives to help kids succeed
• Support class setup, equipment use, and safety standards
