The Little Gym of Somersault is seeking an Assistant Director to reinforce our core values, manage program understanding, and communicate accurately with team and customers. The role emphasizes teaching, customer experience, and front-of-house duties in a lively, kid-centered environment.

Expect to lead classes, support members and families, handle office tasks, public speaking, and maintain a clean, safe facility with flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• You live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You know when to buckle down and do work.

Responsibilities

• Teaching amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and method.
• Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Answering phone calls, texts, emails, instaply, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries.
• Sharing knowledge of all programs and events we offer.
