Job summary

Gymkhana Gymnastics is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist at our Monroeville location. You will greet visitors, process registrations and payments, and assist with billing and clerical tasks in a fast-paced gym environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, be tech-savvy, and comfortable interacting with kids and parents. Evening and weekend availability is a plus; both part-time and full-time roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field.
• Ability to greet people and handle registrations.
• Comfort with technology and handling payments.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, adaptable approach.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; part-time or full-time options.

Responsibilities

• Greet every person as they enter and exit.
• Take registrations and apply payments to accounts.
• Assist supervisor with confirmation letters for each session.
• Assist with billing for past-due accounts.
• Process Pro Shop sales and keep books (roll, party, money) up-to-date.
• Answer all phone calls and take detailed notes; direct emails as needed.
• Read and respond to emails in a timely manner.
