Job summary

We Rock the Spectrum in Minnesota is hiring a Kids’ Gym Attendant to create a welcoming, engaging environment for children and their families. You’ll supervise play, assist with activities, and help keep the gym safe and clean, working with individuals or small groups during structured activities.

Responsibilities include greeting families, managing check-ins via Mindbody, setting up crafts, supporting children during play, and helping with events and rentals on occasion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or currently enrolled.
• Experience with kids is a plus.
• CPR certification is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and assist with check-ins and reservations.
• Supervise open play to ensure safety and fun.
• Assist with setup/cleanup and craft activities.
• Provide support to children during play as needed.
• Keep gym clean and sanitized.
• Promote programs and events with enthusiasm.
• Assist with birthday parties and evening events.
