We Rock the Spectrum in Woodbury, MN is hiring a Kids’ Gym Attendant to help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for children and families. You’ll supervise open play, assist with activities, and support children one-on-one or in small groups during structured sessions.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or current junior/senior), a passion for working with kids of all abilities, CPR certification is a bonus, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and assist with check-ins and reservations using Mindbody.
• Supervise children during open play to maintain a safe and fun environment.
• Help set up and clean up activities, including arts and crafts projects.
• Provide support for children during play, especially those needing extra help or exhibiting challenging behaviors (training provided).
• Ensure the gym is clean and organized, including sanitizing toys, equipment, and surfaces.
• Promote gym services, programs, and special events with enthusiasm.
• Assist with birthday parties, community events, and occasional evening shifts.
• Be a positive, friendly, and helpful presence for children and families.

About the Role

As a Kids’ Gym Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of creating a welcoming and engaging environment for children and their families. You’ll supervise play, assist with activities, and help keep our gym safe and clean. In this role, you’ll also work one-on-one or with small groups of children during structured activities, ensuring everyone feels supported and included.

We are specifically looking for those who can cover the following shifts:

• Weekday Mornings
• Weekday Evenings
• Weekends

Additional evening shifts may be available for private rentals, Parents’ Night Out, and special events.
