Job summary

We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Coach to support after-school and weekend programs. The role involves using Mindbody software, understanding equipment, and guiding children with various needs in a safe, engaging environment.

You will help maintain daily operations, monitor safety during open play, and assist with activities and class promotions. Training is provided for handling challenging behaviors and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive gym.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to work with all children, with all abilities.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Pre-employment screening (background check, CPR infant/adult).

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing all project and activity curriculum.
• Review reservations and prepare for children arrival.
• Manage Break time reservations and check-ins using Mindbody.
• Supervise gym and members to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Work with children with challenging behaviors; training provided as needed.
• Set up and clean up projects in arts and crafts areas.
• Promote services, classes and events.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for all programs offered by the gym.
