Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of product-creation experience or two years of additional proven experience.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of product construction concepts, materials, and product life cycle.
• Ability to read technical drawings, sketches and/or 3D digital files is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead product teams through the creation process to enable high-level executions and on-time delivery.
• Convert a project brief and a 2D design rendering into a 3D sample.
• Ensure rigorous performance standards and design intent are met.
• Recommend material, component and construction options to meet key features and goals.
• Engage with cross-functional partners across development stages to ensure on-time, commercializable outcomes.
