Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Kids Supervisor - PNO to lead and supervise engaging activities for children during Kids Events and Parents Night Out, ensuring safety, fun, and high-quality interaction.

You will greet members, run storytelling, crafts and games, manage staff, promote Life Time programs, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification is required within 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.
• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work.

Position Summary

The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner


• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games


• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings


• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing


• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services


• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Minimum Required Qualifications

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work


• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire


• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children


• The ability to engage a group of children in an activity


• Customer service and strong communication skill

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.50 and pays up to $21.00, based on experience and qualifications.
