Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Gainesville, FL seeks a Kids Supervisor to oversee engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years in the Academy and classes, ensuring safety and enjoyment.

You will greet guests, lead storytelling, crafts, songs and games, and supervise staff and cleanliness protocols. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of mandatory Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications within the first 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.25 and pays up to $20.25, based on experience and qualifications.
