Job summary

The Little Gym in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a fun, energetic Dance Instructor to teach kids across our dance-based curriculum. You will create a safe, engaging space, lead classes that blend dance and gymnastics, and help children build confidence through movement.

No prior childcare experience? Training will be provided. You’ll work in a lively environment with families, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a team that values Serious Fun while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge of dance basics (Ballet, Tap, or Hip Hop) is preferred.
• Ability to create a safe, engaging space for children to learn and enjoy dance.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe space for children to learn and fall in love with Dance!
• Teach amazing dance/gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll train you!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and treat members like family
• Maintain gym and lobby cleanliness and disinfect spaces as needed
• Deliver classes with energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
