The Little Gym of Rancho Rio in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a high-energy Dance Instructor to teach kids in our Serious Fun program. If you love dance and working with children, this is the role for you.

You will create a safe learning space, teach dance basics (Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop) from our proven curriculum, and offer outstanding customer service while keeping the gym clean and welcoming for families. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Background in dance basics including Ballet, Tap or Hip Hop.
• Experience or background in dance, child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe space for children to learn and fall in love with Dance!
• Teach dance/gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• A background knowledge of dance basics, including Ballet, Tap, or Hip Hop.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience. We treat our members like family!
• Keep the gym and lobby area clean and disinfected at all times.
