Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking a passionate Coding Instructor to teach kids aged 4–18 in after-school programs. You will deliver daily coding and technology instruction, create a safe, fun learning environment, and serve as a positive role model for students and families alike.

You should have 2+ years of experience with children and coding instruction, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and you will implement the curriculum while upholding the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and School policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with children
• Coding instructor experience (1–5 years)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Must have child abuse clearance and criminal checks

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and provide coding/technology instruction
• Create a safe, fun learning environment and be a positive role model
• Organize and deliver daily coding lessons for varied ages and abilities
• Use classroom management to lead activities and ensure inclusivity
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and adhere to program conduct and policies
• Follow Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies
