Job summary

Code Ninjas of Kirkland is seeking a Coding Instructor to provide engaging coding education to children ages 7-14. The role involves training students, creating a safe learning atmosphere, and collaborating with parents on progress.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children, possess teaching or mentoring skills, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Join our team to help kids learn coding while having fun!

Qualifications

• Must have a working history with children (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.).
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or childcare is required.
• Experience working with the general public is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and learn the curriculum.
• Create a positive and safe learning environment.
• Work with children to determine skill sets.
• Provide feedback to parents.
• Follow daily opening/closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dojo.
• Report weekly to the Center Assistant Manager.
• Report daily to the Center Manager.
