Job summary

Code Ninjas Seattle is seeking an enthusiastic Code Sensei to guide students (ages 7–14) through coding projects, helping them think through problems and celebrate progress as they level up. You’ll foster a fun, safe learning environment and assist with events like Parent's Night Out and birthday parties.

This role offers flexible afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours, plus comprehensive on-the-job training and a close-knit team. No advanced coding experience required—we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids in mentoring, tutoring, coaching, or similar roles.
• Outgoing, energetic, and fun to be around.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and coachable; willing to learn.

CODE SENSEI (INSTRUCTOR) — Code Ninjas Seattle

We're hiring enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team and help kids build coding fundamentals, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. No advanced coding experience required, we'll train you.

The Role
