Code Ninjas – Indian Trail is seeking a friendly Code Sensei to join our team after school. You will help kids ages 5–14 learn coding, robotics and technology through fun projects and guided challenges.

No prior teaching experience required; we provide training and a supportive environment. Perfect for recent graduates or students who love technology and enjoy working with children, with opportunities to develop teaching and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
Familiarity with block-based coding and JavaScript basics.
Reliable, patient, and friendly personality with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Learn the Code Ninjas curriculum through structured training.
Coach and guide students as they work on coding projects and challenges.
Help children build confidence and problem-solving skills in a fun learning environment.
Create a welcoming, safe learning space for classes and trials.
Support new students during trial sessions and provide feedback to parents.
Encourage students while maintaining high learning standards.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and keep the dojo organized.
Work closely with Center Director and Lead Senseis as part of a team.
