Job summary

My Gym Fairfield is hiring Kids Coaches and Birthday Party Hosts to join our team. You’ll lead fun movement classes, play games, teach gymnastics skills, run birthday parties, and help create an experience that kids and families look forward to every week.

No gymnastics or My Gym experience required. We provide paid training. Part-time and full-time roles are available, with one weekend shift and a collaborative, team‑oriented culture powered by Momentum Enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, nannying, daycare, preschool, camps, education, sports, coaching, gymnastics, dance, theater, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• College students are encouraged to apply.
• No gymnastics or My Gym experience required. Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic classes for children ages 6 weeks–10 years.
• Teach movement, gymnastics, games, music, and obstacle courses.
• Host birthday parties, camps, and special events.
• Build relationships with kids and families.
• Create a fun and welcoming environment.
• Support tours and front desk responsibilities when needed.
• Work closely with your team to keep the gym running smoothly.

My Gym Fairfield is hiring Kids Coaches and Birthday Party Hosts to join our team! You’ll lead fun movement classes, play games, teach gymnastics skills, run birthday parties, and help create an experience that kids and families look forward to every week.

No gymnastics or My Gym experience required. We provide paid training.

What you’ll do:

• Lead energetic classes for children ages 6 weeks–10 years
• Teach movement, gymnastics, games, music, and obstacle courses
• Host birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Build relationships with kids and families
• Create a fun and welcoming environment
• Support tours and front desk responsibilities when needed
• Work closely with your team to keep the gym running smoothly

Pay & schedule:

• 19–20/hour + tips
• Part‑time and full‑time positions available
• One weekend shift required
• Weekly paid Friday team meeting
• Paid training provided
