Job summary

My Gym - Southern MD is seeking energetic Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders to join our team. You’ll teach kids fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child sessions, and host birthday parties in a fun, safe environment that promotes confidence and social skills.

This role offers weekend work, potential tips, and growth opportunities as we promote from within. Compensation ranges with hours: $15.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Energetic, positive with kids.
• Reliable communicator with strong teamwork.
• Confident performing or leading in front of groups.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Comfortable with cleaning and safety standards.
• Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theatre, or early childhood education is a big plus.

My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is looking for energetic, positive individuals to join our team as Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders. This role is active, fun, and meaningful — you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Teach children’s fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child classes
• Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers
• Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!)
• Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team

What We’re Looking For

• High-energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids
• Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills
• Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups
• Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends
• Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards
• Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theater, or early childhood education is a big plus
