Job summary

KidStrong Summerville is seeking an energetic Children’s Coach to empower kids from 12 months to 11 years old. You will lead engaging, movement-based activities aligned with monthly curriculum while communicating with parents about progress and goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours. Prior coaching experience and a passion for children’s development are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Passion for working with children and ability to engage parents.
• CPR certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes of 6–15 children across age groups 12 months to 11 years.
• Deliver KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ.
• Greet students and parents, start/end classes on schedule.
• Record attendance and class data in the KS Coach App for parents.
• Communicate with team via Slack and complete HQ training.
• May lift/move equipment up to 25 pounds and work hands-on with kids.
