KidStrong Livermore is seeking energetic coaches to work with children aged walking through 11 years, delivering cognitive, physical, and character development activities within weekly curricula. The role involves engaging with parents to explain the program's rationale and benefits.

Shift hours run weekdays mornings and evenings, with weekend slots. Training is provided, and compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour with opportunities for raises as you advance.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Experience speaking to and educating parents about KidStrong curriculum is a plus.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate children and communicate effectively with guardians.

Responsibilities

• Coach children aged walking to 11 years on cognitive, physical, and character development.
• Speak with parents/guardians to explain the curriculum and rationale behind activities.
• Maintain facility standards: lobby, restrooms, and gym flooring cleanliness.
• Support training hours, with coaching pay and potential for raises based on advancement.
