Job summary

Onelife Fitness in the United States is seeking a friendly Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean play space while families relax. You will greet families, check-in and supervise kids with age-appropriate activities, keeping safety and cleanliness top of mind.

This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced club environment. You’ll participate in trainings, attend meetings, and support club programs, with a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or be at least 16 and in good standing.
• 6+ months childcare or babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child’s needs with care and attention.
• Keep space clean, sanitize toys/equipment, follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents and escalate concerns to a manager when needed.
• Attend required trainings/meetings and support club programs.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
