Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Sterling, VA is seeking a friendly Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for our youngest members and their families. You will welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and help ensure smooth operations while parents relax.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of childcare experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn and follow safety policies. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or be at least 16 and a current high-school student.
• 6+ months of childcare or babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child’s needs with care and monitor safety.
• Keep space clean and sanitize toys/equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Attend meetings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
