Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Kids Club Teammate to provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our youngest members. You will supervise activities, ensure sign-in/out is by a parent or guardian, and maintain accurate attendance records.

This role requires strong communication with parents, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask while keeping the play area clean and safe. You may work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and you will complete Infant/Child First Aid and CPR

Qualifications

• Infant and child first aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 90 days.
• Ability to supervise children safely and communicate with parents.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safety and supervision: enforce policies, supervise activities, ensure children stay in safe area.
• Sign-in/out: verify same parent/guardian signs in/out each child and maintain attendance records.
• Parental communication: update parents on child day, incidents, and behaviors, and provide caring support.
• Cleanliness: sanitize Kids Club area and toys, ensure play area is orderly and safe.
• Inventory and maintenance: manage supplies and report damages or safety concerns.
• Professional development: participate in training and staff meetings, assist supervisor as needed.
