Zusammenfassung

US Fitness is seeking staff for our Kids Club to greet families, supervise play, and respond to children's needs. You will lead activities, keep the space safe, and assist with check-in/check-out according to club standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or be 16+, plus experience in childcare and CPR/AED certification is preferred. Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends are available.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED (or be at least 16 and a current high-school student)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred

Aufgaben

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe; sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents and escalate as needed
• Let managers know if a child needs attention beyond capacity
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
