Fitness Connection is hiring a Kids Club Teammate to provide a safe, fun environment for young members. You will supervise activities, track attendance, and communicate with parents while ensuring clean, organized play areas.

The role requires infant/child first aid and CPR/AED certifications within 90 days, physical ability to assist children, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualificações

• Infant and Child First Aid and CPR & AED certifications required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and supervise children safely.
• Excellent communication with parents and guardians.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety policies and supervise children in designated Kid's Club area.
• Verify sign-in and sign-out with the same parent/guardian.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for children present.
• Provide attentive care and assist with personal hygiene as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s day and behavior.
• Keep the Kid’s Club area clean and toys sanitized; report damages.
• Manage inventory of supplies and ensure items are stocked.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings; support supervisor in daily operations.
• Document accidents/incidents and follow up as required.
