Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs is seeking a part-time Kids Stuff Manager to lead day-to-day childcare operations and coordinate a high-energy team of staff. You will ensure safety standards, schedule staff, and promote Kids Stuff to members.

The role reports to the Club Director and supports community engagement through events and programming. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years’ supervisory experience in childcare, with CPR/First Aid training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in childcare development with supervision.
• CPR and First Aid training required or provided by MVP.
• Aquatics Skills Preparedness Course to cover lifeguards during breaks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Kids Stuff operations and programming.
• Schedule and train Kids Stuff staff including floor staff, counselors, and leaders.
• Ensure safety procedures for children and babies are in place and followed.
• Manage sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain payroll records.
• Promote childcare services to new members and presentations to the community.
• Develop birthday party offerings and coordinate seasonal camps.
• Communicate with Member Services about changes to programming.
• Achieve monthly net revenue goals as per MVP budget.
