Job summary

RIXOS is seeking a Kids Club Manager to oversee daily operations, programming, and team leadership, ensuring a fun, safe and engaging environment for children and families. You will plan activities, supervise staff, manage inventory and budget, and maintain records under the supervision of the Entertainment Manager.

The role requires strong communication with parents, safeguarding knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Education, Recreation, Childcare or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in children's recreation, childcare or entertainment management in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of child safety and safeguarding procedures.
• Creative, energetic and passionate about working with children.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring cleanliness, safety and adherence to company standards.
• Develop, implement and evaluate a dynamic schedule of age-appropriate activities and themed events.
• Manage Kids Club inventory, supplies and budget under the supervision of the Entertainment Manager.
• Recruit, train and supervise Kids Club team to maintain high service and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for children and families.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding participation and well-being.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns and incidents promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to plan and promote new and creative programs, themed events and seasonal activities.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance and staff certifications.
