Job summary

Invited is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to provide a safe, engaging environment for young guests at our clubs. You will supervise children, ensure safety, and facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development while parents feel confident their children are in capable hands.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and certification in first aid and CPR. Experience with children and strong interpersonal skills are preferred to foster a positive,

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.
• Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
• Experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols for childcare environments.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff.
• Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages.
• Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and structured environment

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and engaging environment for children at the club.
• Supervise children and ensure safety while promoting club/children’s activities.
• Interact with members and families, promoting youth programs and activities.
• Coordinate activities with children based on age, interests, and abilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the youth/day care center.
• Address and manage behavioral challenges in a constructive manner.
• Assist with serving meals and drinks as needed.
• Attend to daily tasks to uphold club standards and safety.
