Job summary

Villa Sport San Jose is seeking a Kids Club Lead Associate to supervise and coordinate child care programs, train staff, and ensure smooth operations in the Kids Club. You will oversee activities such as childcare, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps, and step in during the director’s absence.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Excel and POS systems. Training is provided, and a full benefits package plus 401K are included.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising child care programs or activities.
• Understanding of children’s behavior.
• Ability to implement children’s curriculum and programs.
• College degree in related field (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with transactional (POS) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Training will be provided by Villa Sport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Kids Club operations in the absence of the Kids Club Director.
• Train staff on programs, policies and procedures.
• Support programs such as childcare, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps.
