Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a dependable Assistant Kids Club Manager to join our childcare team. You will lead the Kids Club, train staff, schedule shifts, and coordinate with parents to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for children from two months to twelve years. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

• 1 year in a supervisory role or higher in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and staff; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Kids Club facility for ages two months to twelve years, ensuring safety and activity alignment with protocols.
• Assist with training of the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and monitor child-to-staff ratios.
• Manage reservations and communications with parents; track bookings.
• Develop age-appropriate activities and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
