EōS Fitness is seeking a dependable Assistant Kids Club Manager to lead and train the Kids Club team, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children from two months to twelve years. The role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes communication with parents and staff within a fast-paced fitness setting.

The ideal candidate has childcare experience, strong communication, and a passion for safety, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role in childcare or recreation settings.
• 2. Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and childcare regulations.
• 3. Passion for working with children and safety.
• 4. Strong verbal and written communication with parents and staff.
• 5. Able to work evenings and weekends.
• 6. Detail oriented with good time management and organization.
• 7. Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Kids Club facilities ensuring safety and secure environment for ages 2 months to 12 years.
• Assist with training of the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, communicating with parents.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals and daily tasks.
• Implement emergency procedures, evacuation plans, and first aid protocols.
• Develop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Kids Club facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians.
• Communicate policy updates to parents, staff, and gym management.
• Foster positive relationships with members in the Kids Club.
