Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant Kids Club Manager to lead the Kids Club team, ensuring a safe, fun, and active environment for children aged two months to twelve years. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to train staff, schedule shifts, and manage reservations while upholding our high safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate has supervisory childcare experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for child development and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role, with childcare, daycare, or recreational programming experience.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail oriented; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Embrace and demonstrate core values of the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children aged two months to twelve years.
• Assist with training of the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child-to-staff ratios.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring communication with parents and tracking bookings.
• Work with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals and daily/weekly tasks.
• Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
• Develop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Communicate policies and updates to parents, staff, and gym management.
• Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
