Job description

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents utilize the gym facilities or dine at the restaurant. In addition to childcare duties, the Kids Club Attendant will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym when not supervising children.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervising children of various ages
• Engaging them with age-appropriate activities
• Ensuring their safety and well-being
• Communicating with parents
• Enforcing Kids Club rules
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Reporting safety hazards
• Assisting in gym maintenance
• Providing friendly customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with children
• Strong communication skills
• Multitasking ability
• Basic first aid knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing a background check

Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a dynamic environment.

Work schedule: Part-time, including evenings and weekends (Tuesday - Friday 4pm to 8pm, weekends 9am to 1pm).
