Job summary

Crossroads Church is seeking a Kids Club Coordinator for its Community Center in Westminster, MD. This role leads the Wednesday Kids Club experience for Pre-K through 6th grade, coordinating curriculum, environment, and volunteers to create a safe, engaging weekly ministry.

You will recruit and equip volunteers, support families, and collaborate with our Missions Director to reflect the heart of Jesus in the local community. Part-time hours (up to 15/week) are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; training in ministry, education, child development, or leadership is a plus.
• Experience leading in children’s ministry or volunteer coordination preferred.
• Must pass all background checks and child-protection training.

Responsibilities

• Craft and deliver the Wednesday Kids Club experience with engaging curriculum and safe environment.
• Recruit, equip, and schedule volunteers; coach and support team leaders.
• Disciple kids, partner with families, and coordinate with parents for faith formation.
• Plan ahead, manage systems using the church database, and align with Missions leadership.
