Job Summary

Responsible for leading all aspects of the Kids’ Club elementary teams. The primary focus is on volunteer leaders and teams, including identifying and training grade‑level leaders, service‑time leaders, and general in‑room volunteers. The leader guides vision, direction, and communication to volunteers, builds relationships, and recruits and schedules volunteers for weekend experiences.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct and develop volunteer leaders
• Manage recruitment, retention, and growth of team volunteers
• Lead 150‑300 volunteers
• Own the environments and weekend experiences of designated teams
• Communicate with ministry teams
• Connect with site staff team

Physical Requirements

• Walk up to 5 miles, stand, climb, lift, pull, push, carry, reach, and stoop as duties require
• Lift 25 to 50 lbs

Scheduling / Travel Requirements

• Work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and high‑impact events at Crossroads
• Role includes working on weekends
