Title: Kids Club Coordinator
Reports to: Regional Youth Director/Regional Kids Club Director, Club Manager

Expected Results (In Support of Our Operating Systems):
Zone Management
- Responsible for Zone duties, including weekly Zone Inspections.
- Ensure facilities are Brand Clean and look new or like new.
- Submit work orders and communicate future needs for repairs.
Performance Management
- Provide real-time performance feedback to Kids Club Team.
- Coach using Purpose and Values supporting tools.
- Conduct 6-month and 12-month Duo Reviews with direct reports.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use Purpose, Values, and Tools to inspire others.
- Engage positively and proactively with children and Team Members.
- Understand all duties and procedures, and coach others accordingly.
- Be a resource for fun, high-energy, age-appropriate activities.
- Manage overall member experience and support with member issues.
- Support families in finding the right youth programming.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Kids Club staff.
- Execute and staff Monthly Parent’s Night Out Events.
- Work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Organize staffing to ensure proper coverage and ratios.
- Monitor daily Kids Club reports and manage child waivers and information.
- Maintain organization of desk and paperwork, and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Ensure accurate time clock entries and perform Zone Management functions.
- Maintain proper uniform standards and manage the Kids Club schedule.
- Be responsible for opening and closing Kids Club when needed.
- Perform weekly supplies count and manage purchases.
- Understand fiscal goals and their impact.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and disseminate information to the team.
- Work with Regional Youth Director to develop the team and environment.
- Develop strong relationships with members and Team, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Position is hourly, with a minimum of 30 hours/week, and eligible for benefits.
- May instruct classes or work in other departments outside regular hours with approval.
- Requires physical fitness and mental alertness; includes standing, walking, lifting, etc.
- Capable of handling physical and mental stress.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior at all times.
Environmental Conditions:
- Primarily indoor work, with possible outdoor duties.
- Notify management of unsafe conditions.
Qualification Requirements:
- 18+ years old, High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current First Aid, CPR, BPT certifications.
- At least one year of experience with child development.
- Physically healthy and fit.
- Literate in English and basic math.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills appropriate for the role.
- Organizational skills and flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation.
