Genesis Health Clubs is the largest privately owned health club in the nation. We believe staff is family and invest in our team with training, free gym memberships, discounts, and growth opportunities.

Position Details:

• 15-40 hours per week; the Coordinator develops their team and sets their schedule.

Requirements:

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit; ability to lift up to 30 lbs., sit, kneel, stand, and run.
• First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills.
• Leadership experience and organizational skills.
• Available for 20+ hours/week with flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to create and manage monthly schedules, hire, train, and onboard staff.
• Attend quarterly training and lead team meetings.
• Track program usage and report to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment through age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure shift coverage; may need to cover shifts on short notice.
• Lead monthly events, organize activities, and foster team creativity.
