Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking an energetic Kids’ Club Attendant to supervise and engage children while parents enjoy the gym. You will create a fun, safe environment, greet members and support daily activities to ensure a positive experience.

Prerequisites include child care experience and CPR/First Aid certification; willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire. You will also handle administrative tasks and maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Child care experience preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Patience in dealing with children and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests.
• Create a fun and safe environment for kids.
• Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kids.
• Provide a high level of customer service and resolve issues.
• Handle assigned administrative activities.
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed.
