Job summary

A local school district is seeking Kids Club Assistants to work in a daily structured program, managing small groups of children from preschool through 5th grade. Responsibilities include planning daily activities with the Site Coordinator, engaging with children, and modeling appropriate behavior. Hours are flexible, primarily during school days and breaks, ensuring a positive environment for the children.

Responsibilities

• Support program by working with Site Coordinator to plan daily activities.
• Manage small groups of children from preschool - 5th grade.
• Attend team meetings and trainings as needed.
• Build positive relationships with Kids Club parents.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Model appropriate behavior for children.
• Enforce Kids Club safety and supervision policies.
• Employment during breaks and holidays as needed for the program.

We are currently looking for Kids Club Assistants

Work Schedule: Hourly as assigned

• Regular hours on school days from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• And/or 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Bittersweet, Elm Road, Horizon, Mary Frank, Meadows Edge, Northpoint, Prairie Vista & Walt Disney.
• Elsie Rogers and Moran will work 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Other Opportunities Include

Employment during the fall, winter, spring breaks and summer recess days and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Presidents’ Day as needed for the program. Those days require a six-hour shift between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
